Big and spacious room that is well-furnished. There's even a second sink in the room (outside the toilet), which makes a sort of kitchenette area. Breakfast was great. There were the usual stuff (pancakes, juices, bread, coffee/tea), but also refrigerated omelets, sausage muffins (the McDonald's variety), and a few other things that you can reheat in the provided microwave. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, and milk are available 24 hours a day at the breakfast area, which is nice.

Loved the staff, very friendly and helped whenever needed. Property was clean, enjoyed the outdoor area. Room was quiet and clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Liked that you could make coffee/tea or hot chocolate at any time. Breakfast options were great and there was something for everyone. We were close to food, gas and grocery stores which was nice. Close enough to Darien Lake. Local people were so nice from Warsaw area. Will go back one day.

We arrived very late, hotel staff were super. Very warm and welcoming. Good introduction to the facilities too. We had 2 rooms, both were fantastic, well equipped with all mod cons. Beds were very comfortable, everyone slept well. It was a pity we had arrived very late and had to leave early the next day as it was one of those places that would have been great to spend more time in.

Well designed room with everything you need. Clean a cozy. Situated at the edge of small village of Warsaw, about 15 minutes walking distance to center with couple of restaurants and cinema. Whole village is very well maintained and clean, adds nicely to overall experience with Microtel. Good place to explore Letchworth Park from (30 mins drive) or Niagara Falls (1.5 hour drive).

We have chosen to stay here over the last two years because we have family in the area. The town of Warsaw is a hidden gem and this Microtel is the best place in the village to stay. The hotel is run very efficiently, everything is clean, and they deliver on what they promise. It’s not the best value you will find in a hotel (for what it is) but it’s not unreasonable.
